74 911 Headlight highbeam switch
No low beam or high beam lights. Flash mode does work if lever is pulled toward the driver. It does not appear that power is going to copper strips. Running lights work. The fuses in the luggage area are good.
Question: 1) I was able to put a screw driver across the top two strips. The lights would work. I am no longer to bridge the strips to get low beams or high beams. Any other fuses or relays that would could be blown? 2) Is the highbeam flash circuit independent of the low/high beam wiring? I do have a VOM. |

Many threads on this topic. There is one with a picture of the switch in the steering column. THe two circuits are related but slightly different.
Try a search using "turn signal switch" as a term. You will find this thread: turn signal switch quick fix pictures

You may already know this, but just in case.......the ignition must be on for the headlights to work.
