What wheels fit

I have a 73 911e Coupe with Fuchs 15X6 forged alloys all around. Thinking of going wider... what are the maximum recommended wheel sizes (front/rear) for this car - assuming no rolling of fenders?

On the early cars, hte selection is limited.
Without rolling the fenders, what you have is about it.
I have 15 X 7's at the rear of my 73 but the lips
have been rolled and the tires rub approx 2/3 inches up from the edge. Hasn't burned the paint in the years it's been rubbing.
My intent,at one point,was to go to 16 X 6's
all around with 205 X 50 tires. Went so far as to get the wheels but have since decided to sell the car.
There are, of course, the famous 911R 7 inchers that will fit without mods. Take out a second morgage on your house and they can be yours.
