G50 Master Cylinder Travel
Anyone know how much the shaft that actuates the master cylinder on the G50 clutch has to move to disengage the clutch?
Thanks Steve

All the G50 cars I've ever driven, including mine, seem to hit the sweet spot about a third of the way from the top of the pedal travel. Although I've never actually measured it, I would guess the actual distance is about 3-4 inches from the top.
So I guess you could measure the total travel of the shaft and divide by 3.... Gets you in the ballpark.

Tough question, a few more details about what you are trouble shooting could help. It is hard to say from a pedal travel point of view, becuase they all have an adjustable stop on the floor board......
Everyone I have driven (dozens) all feel different to some degree.... Cheers

Im actually converting my 915 pedal assembly to work with a hydrolic clutch. So I need to know about how far the master cylinder plunger needs to move to gauge where on the pedal shaft I need to take my connection from as this will determine how far the plunger movers in respect the the pedal been pushed to the floor.
