WHAT'S THE BEST WEIGHT OIL TO USE IN MY 91 C2 3.6 ENGINE WITH 45,000 MILES. MOBIL ONE I KNOW , BUT WHAT WEIGHT?

Owners manual will indicate the correct weight for the temps in your area. Please turn off the CAPS.

It will be either 15W-40 or 20W-50. My owner's manual doesn't distinguish between dino oil vs synthetic. What oil weight to use is based on outside temp.
