Auxiliary valves on Zenith carburators.
I'm trying to simplify the carburation system, like removing potential air leaks etc...
Is it possible to remove these auxiliary enrichement valves on Zenith carburators without affecting the overall carburation setup ? Thanks. |

My Euro 911T has Zeniths with out the auxiliary valves. Looking at mine, the mount holes seem to be there, but there is a plug in the center on the carb body where the valve mounts. I'm not sure if just removing valves and plugging the hole is enough. Perhaps if you could find some Euro Zeniths (sorry, mine are in use). What is the valve for anyway?
