911 SC Euro Vehicle I.D. number

I just bought a 1979 911 Euro SC. The VIN is 9119301364. I believe I have a Euro SC, but is there a way to verify it from the VIN #. In the front compartment, it appears a new VIN plate was welded on over the original plate when it was federalized. Other Euro markings....no sunroof, manual windows,no AC, no smog equipment. How can I check the VIN #? Thanks alot!

The forth digit in your vin. is a 3. This indicates this is a R.O.W.(rest of world) car.
