Best Distributor for Webcam 104/102?
Does anyone know which cam works best for the webcam 104/102? I have a 2.7 CIS distributor and I don't think they play well together. Not enough power to move the car.
I already had another thread on the no power issue, but exhausted all possibilities but the distributor. Carbs are working, Cam timing right, spark good, new coil. Everything is were it should be, but the car barely moves.

Any feelings on if my 2.7 Distro could be preventing my car from getting the power it need s to move?

Have you checked the internal mechanical parts to see if centrifugal advance mechanism is binding or stuck from gunk or rust?
The advance curve of the 2.7 CIS distributors is the same as the 2.4T engine in the following thread: distributor lube...
