Over polished finish
I have a black 87 911. One of the previous owners seems to have gotten a little over-agressive with the plolisher where you can start to see some of the primer show through the paint in spots. This seems to be where the high spots are on the rear quarters near the lights.
Does anyone know of a techique for hiding these blemishes? Does colored wax work? My car is not clear coated. Thanks, Matt

the only way to fix it is to refinish it.....you can always try a sharpie pen or other permanant marker.....but it will never look right.....until it is painted and re-cleared. (BTW a good painter can spot in the area and not have to do the whole quarter panel)
