71 911T door panel removal

Need to work on my window regulators but can't work out how to release the last screw holding the door panel on. Have removed everything except for the smaller of the two pockets (pocket at front of door). Its the fixed unit with aluminum and rubber upper rim. I have taken out the screw on the upper left but can't take out the upper right. I can feel a nut and screw end from inside the door but no way can I get a wrench in there. Any help would be appreciated. B.

You do need to remove the bolt from the backside of the door panel.I think I used a 1/4" drive socket with a short extension. I had a hard time locating it, but once I got a feel for it, it was much easier.
