2.7 vs 3.0 Oil capacity
I've found out that my '76 has a 3.0 engine.
My question is primarily about the oil capacity. Is it the same? I changed it the other day and the oil gage doesn't seem to be showing as full as it maybe should. It's operating in the lower 1/3 of the gage most of the time. Are there any other considerations that my dad (the original owner) might have ignored? I'd be thrilled to know about them. |

No differemce in oil capacity, unless a front cooler was added it didn't leave the factory with ...
