Wheel fitment 74 Porsche 911

Stock Wheels

6x15 with 36mm offset with 112mm backspacing

Looking at upgrading to:

7x15 with 23mm offset.

My offset calculation states:

Inner clearance is the same.

Outer clearance is EXTEND an extra 26mm

Would this (7x15 with 23mm offset) wheel have enough clearance with 206/60-15?

How would the car handle with this combination?

Would spacers or adapters be needed?

++++ Second Question +++++

Using Design 90 wheels on a 74 Porsche 911 narrow body.

Stock Wheels

6x15 with 36mm offset with 112mm backspacing

Design 90 wheels 6x16 with 52.3MM offset.

Inner Clearance: 16mm LESS

Outer clearance: RETRACT by 16mm

Tires are 205/55ZR16

What size spacers, studs and or adapters would be needed to fit?
I am looking to get a wider stance. Looking to purchase some other wheels
