92' 911 T PowerHaus 3.6 Fuel Distributor problem

Can anyone help me. I have a 92 911 3.6 Turbo Running .8 bar and When I start it from cold it spits black gunk out. It is loading up and clogging the plugs. I was told that the fuel distributor needs to be replaced. Who makes them, where can i get a replacement. Also does this sound correct?
Thanks for any reply

If your car runs fine warm, than it's not the fuel distributor. I would have the fuel pressures checked cold first and test the warm-up reg.

Good Luck,
