HELP! What wire is this?
I have a 1973.5T. I was adjusting the deceleration valve today and I noticed a white wire dangling by the ignition box. Can anyone help me place it. Do I need to disconnect the batteries before I reconnect this wire? Thanks.

I'm thinking it popped from underneath the cd box. I will pick up a mechanics mirror on my way home and maybe I'll see a connector missing a wire on the bottom. Anyone?

I can't find anywhere that this wire came from. There is no spade connector within reach. I don't think it was ever connected. Unless someone else can take a look for me, I'm guessing it is for sportomatic or ac, both of which I do not have.

I have the same "loose" conection on my car. I haven't been able to figure out where it's supposed to go...

If everything runs/functions on the car, just put some electrical tape around it and tuck it in.
