70S Value if molested,please help

I know of a true 70 911S that has been butchered wit turbo flares and ruf type spoiler with deep BBS rims, some sort of VW red colour but with a 630#engine that has been recently rebuilt and the recaro sport seats that I don't think are from that year but maybe from 72,the car has about three different looks happening ie,S interior and power, turbo look, but a long hood,if the price was right would it be worth bringing back or would you stay away?opinions please,Marty

Sans total rust-out, any S is worth saving, "if the price is right".
Value is increased greatly if it is the correct S engine.

Did an S have any flare at all?

Same body as all other 1970 911s.

Big Question here is can you do your own body work? Or do you have to pay somebody else?

What is their asking price?

No, but one can remove the flares and go back to the original fenders. Does the S engine (which with "630" is correct) still have the mechanical fuel injection? If so and you can get the car for less than $10,000 and it's not rusty, jump on it for sure. If it's higher, then you need to scrutinize it a bit more.
