Please convince me!

I'm looking for another project. My 912 is now at the stage where it no longer requires the attention it used to. It's my daily driver but now i'm hankering for another project, this time with a bit of bite!

Does this sound like a good combination?(keeping in mind down under we don't have the luxury of too many cheap P-cars around.

1976 912E Galvanized rolling chassis.
1970 911E 2.2 mfi engine("supposably" rebuilt with pump)
911 gearbox

A calipers, torsions,sways and shocks would have to be changed. looking to build a backdated, light weight, RS, signal orange beauty. what do you think?

Looks like fun. you will defenitely have something to keep you busy for a while!

I haven't purchased it yet. It's selling for about $9000.00 Aust dollars.
