I took the trim off from under the doors...

I was just kind of sick of looking at it. It just cluttered up the look. Now, I have holes in the sides of my car that need to be filled/covered to keep rain/moisture out. I'm not ready to paint the whole car just yet. Any suggestions on what might be a good temporary solution? The only thing I can come up with is to put the R side script on it for now. I doubt it would make the holes completely watertight, but it would be better than nothing. Any other ideas?

I found a number of different size plastic plugs, from 1/4" on up, at Sears Hardware and Ace Hardware in the fastener section. Might work for you.
