Are most post 1983 already wired for these lights? Are the wires there on my 1992 C4? Thanks

its not broken, evil bay just went down for maintenance.
 He is selling the EURO spec side turn signals and claims that all post 1983 911s are wired from the factory for them and all you have to do is measure drill hole, hook up wires and mount them and they work. Sounds to good to be true.
