Here are some numbers, can anyone identify the country of origin

engine 6220577

Chassis is a 911E Targa produced between 8/71 and 7/73 MY 1972. Engine (911/52) looks to be from a coupe of the same MY. Not sure of country. Does it have inertia reel seatbelts and seatbelt warning buzzers? If so, I'd say US.
