Need fuel-resistant substance to plug float chamber pinhole.

I need a substance that can fill holes in metal and withstand fuel as well. I have a very old carb., made with the famous Mazac (monkey metal) that has pinholes in the float chamber - my need is to plug those holes with a pasty/Bondo-like substance that will dry tight and never dissolve in fuel. Whoever did this prior to me did a nice job, and the substance has stood the test of time, but I need to redo the area since I stripped everything out.

Does anyone know of a car parts item that can do this? I am sure the classic bikers on this list with Monoblocs can understand where I am coming from...

Many thanks,
John
