1971 911 tub weight
I'm building a rotisserie for my car and I'm trying to figure the approximate weight of a completely stripped 1971, 911. Does anyone have that data?
Thanks!

Plan for at least 1000 lbs.
The stripped tub weighs about 750. However, you will find yourself and your tools in the tub while you work so account for that weight as well. Even bracing as you cut out panels for repair adds weight.

Always err on the side of overbuilding. So if it needs to be for 1000lbs, build it for 2000.
