Muffler / Exhaust ? Anyone know who makes it? boy is it ever loud!

Hey guys,

Just wondering, can anyone identify this exhaust? Who makes this? I assume it's an aftermarket exhaust. It's really loud and I've been thinking of replacing it.

Thanks again!
Shayne

lokks a bit like a Monty - but they aren't usually all that loud, esp. the single outlet ones.

really? maybe there's a leak somewhere because it's really loud. Ok... depend on what you consider loud I guess. You cannot have a regular discussion standing next to the car. In fact, you half to scream to speak. This thing sets off car alarms when driving by. From the garage, it shakes the pictures on the walls of our kitchen which is attached. Maybe something is wrong with it. How loud should it be?

yeh - shouldn't be nearly that loud

they are heavy gage stainless - never seen one with a leak before.

can use a stethoscope to help find the leak. check at the mounting flange to the heat xchgers...
