clutch problems on 74 s

I have replaced my clutch,pp,To bearing and cable. I have reworked the pedal cluster. all seems to be fine but i have a case of clutch chatter. When the pedal is pushed the clutch make noise and does not operate smoothly. i'm in the proccess of dropping the engine does anyone have any ideas what could be making the chatter. note when in replaced the To bearing i dont recall if i put any lubrication on the guide tube. Is there a way to check the fork arm bushings without separating the engine and trans. thanks in advance.
