Aire Tek Filter/Chip question
 

I've got the airbox out of the car (84 Carrera) to replace the engine pad. I also recently installed a Steve Wong Chip. Instead of putting that lumpy airbox back in I'm thinking of putting in a Aire Tek air filter to clean things up a bit. Would this upset the mapping in my chip? I'd call Steve but its Saturday morning and I have time to work on this today. I don't really believe the power claims but the setup adds some bling and looks easier to put back in the OEM box.
