muffler upgrades

I`m considering the following upgrades, any options or comments?

Is the Bursch steel cat by-pass (165$) the same thing as a Fabspeed Euro-Premuffler cat bypass pie (260$)

Is the cup performance Fabspeed Airbox (175$) worth the money + KN Air filter 48$

Steve Wong Chip 350$

Is the fabspeed muffler compatable with the Bursch cat by pass?

DanskSport Muffler or Fab speed Dual out or single, I like the look of dual out, but don`t want to chop the bottom of my bumper

It sounds like you have a 3.2 Carrera. Correct?

If it were my car and I were considering that kind of money on a muffler I would go right to Ben at MK Exhaust. I think he has a one in - one out Carrera muffler that will bolt right up to your cat. He may even have a Cat bypass (for off road use only of course) that you can bolt on.

I have a 88 3.2 Carrera and about 6 months ago made the mods you are considering.
Not sure of the performance gains from the exhaust are worth the money, but love the sound.
The chip is a different story, Steve W. chip made a huge difference in overall driveability especially in the RPM ranges that we all use the most (low to mid range),
Used a Fabspeeed Euro pre-muff (not the same as cat bypass) M&K 1 in 1 out muffler and SW chip. (call steve and talk to him before you order)

What is the difference between the Euro pre-muff and a standard cat bypass pipe? Would the bypass pipe be less restrictive?
