Anyone Used Falken ZE-512's On There P-car?

I need a full set of new tyre for my porsche to fit the new 7 and 8 fuchs ive just bought. I carnt really stretch to the likes of mitchelins and goodyears but the Falkens I can get at a really good price. I have them on my turbo dieasel hatchback which used to have pirelli P-zero's on and im impressed with the performance in comparison. Just wanted to know if anyone had tried them on there P car to get other opinions.

Thanks Steve

Check out Fuzion ZRi's.
I have them on my SC and they are a great tire, especially for the price.
They are made by Bridgstone and available from TireRack.

I have the 512's on my BMW and on my 924's. The 512's come actually in two different rubber types. The taller sidewall sizes (eg 205/60-15 on my 924's), are made of a harder longer lasting rubber. The lower profile wider 205/55-16 (my BMW) tires are made of a grippier faster wearing rubber. Both are decent in the occasional rain but the stickier compound in the low profile series have pretty good grip (plenty for a street driven 911) but wear out faster than the harder tall profile versions.

FWIW, I have Avons on my 911 SC and they are just OK in the tration department, but the rears (225/50-16) have wore out (centers of both tires due to the higher pressure I run in the rears) in just about 10,000 miles, while the fronts (205/55-16) still have decent tread left.

I've got them on mine for daily driving and they are a nice tire - especialy given the price. Had Toyo T1S prevoiusly and really didn't like them at all (loud).

I have some Faulkin 512's on the wifes Jetta. They are ok. A cheap not too sticky tire.

I put some Faulkin GBR 520 (I can't spell or remember the #) on my Jetta and 911. A better performance tire. Very sticky for the price. They don't wear very well though. I would put those on your 911 in a heartbeat.
