Trunk cleanup Part 2: Has anyone removed this!
I'm not talking about the black stuff I have seen a few threads on that. I'm curious what people have successfully tried on the yellow-ish glue to get it to come off. It seems impervious to Simple Green and after 22 years appears to have turned into amber!

Try some 3m adhesive remover available at most auto parts stores. I used it for removing the glue that held in my Targa seals it worked great and does not hurt the paint.

Goo Gone also may work. I used that to remove some weatherstrip glue. It worked well and did not hurt the paint.
