Fuel Acumilator ?

What would be the symtoms of a bad fuel acumilator on my 1983 911 SC?

For me I had terrible hot start issues, took a long time cranking to get it to fire, then the RPM's would be low for a min. I hooked my CIS gauges up and I could see system pressure bleed from 20 PSI to zero after like 2 mins.

Hot start issues and sometimes fuel smell and fuel from leak out bottom of accumulator.
