86 911 Turbo Idle solved Jerking Not Solved HELP

First, I wanted to thank everyone who replied to my last post, it helped me resolve one of my two problems. Great job guys, but I still need a bit more help with the second problem.

The car: 1986 911/930 Turbo with original engine no modifications YET!!!

The 1st problem was rough idling, engine running too rich, white spoke out of tail pipes and a clock-clock sound when pressing the gas pedal. – The forum advice was to replace the dump-valve gasket (hit it right on the money) see the great thread with pictures below:

Now to the remaining problem:

The engine rungs almost great, idles perfect, but when is underpowered (i.e., change from 2nd to 3rd gear with low RPMS or 3rd to 4th) the engine hesitates a little and sometimes it jerks for about 5 seconds until the RPMS get high enough to power it. The jerking is as if the car is misfiring or not getting enough fuel. Yet after the RPMS go pass ~2K it runs perfect and picks up like a charm. With that said, I know that anytime you run an engine underpowered is going to jerk a little, but this is different type of jerk. I just wanted to make sure that I state the obvious. Below is the link to my original post.

The car has new plugs, wires, rotor, cap, fuel and air filter and yes; a new dump-valve gaskets.

Any suggestions out there would be greatly appreciated.
