930 turbo transmission differentials

Was the 930 transmission standard fittted with a limited slip diff or was this also a option that needed to be purchased? I thought they came as standard on the turbos.
How can I tell if I have one without tearing open the tranny?
Is there a way to rotate the tires with the rear end up off the ground or some other means to see?

When I was looking for a 930 tranny, I came across limited slip and non-limited slip versions.

Generally, to tell if it has a limited slip, jack up the rear and spin the wheels. If they spin in the same direction then you have a good limited slip there. I've also heard that if you perform this test but the wheels spin the opposite way that you might still have a limited slip but it's probalby worn and not engaging properly.
