I'm not 100 percent sure the procedure is the same, but on my 1987 911 Turbo, there are six allen bolts that hold the seats to the rails -- four in the rear, and two up front. These bolts are rather soft, so make sure your wrench is solidly in place before you try to crack them open, or you will have a big headache on your hands if you strip one. Once you remove all six, get underneath the seat with a light and disconnect the plug from the seat motor. It pulls straight up off the motor underneath. Then you can lift the seat out of the car. The bolts themselves are held underneath the rail with metal blocks, and it is something of a PITA to get them threaded correctly when putting the seats back in, but it can be done with some patience.
