Center dash panel

I have searched and found nothing.

Here is my question, how does one remove and install a center dash section in an SC?

This is the panel that contains the radio and heater controls.

I bought a used one from fellow pelican, Kent Douglas. Thanks!

I think there are some lag screws buried in the carpet.

Many here don't have these things.

Randy,

I am talking about the center dash, not the center console.

The heater control is a matter of pulling the little bulbs that light the face plate and loosening the nuts that hold the cables that the levers pull on. From there, you just pull it out the front of the dash. I think to get the whole panel out, you have to start by removing the "knee pads" of the dash and go from there. It's a fair in-depth job. I think the Bentley manual describes the tear down pretty well.

TWork,
thank you sir. I looked at it today and I think Pain in the A$$ is the word of the day.
