My SC is a Covergirl!
The PO of my SC was a techincal writer and some how he had his (now mine) SC photographed for the cover of the re-issued repair manual. Mine is the coupe.

Shaun... Hopefully!
I am (with Shaun's and TRE's help) turning the car into a narrow body 934ish vintage, monte carlo period 70's vintage racer. Minilites (15x9 and 10's), bolt on flares, hood lights, center fill tank, yellow lens, period decals, period michelins are all in the works.

I ve got mine on the back cover of waynes engine book. I also got a write up on the inside of the front cover as well as a few engine shots in the mid section. Anyone regognize this photo ?

Is the Bentley manual just an identical re issue or are there any novelties in it ? Are there a new Carrera issue too ?

Andrew, is the car currently drivable? We have two (count'em TWO) autocross events scheduled for next weekend at Ft Devins (Aug 26 and Aug 27). And you really need to get that sweet little car sideways in the worst way! I think you'd quickly become an addict. I'll gladly do whatever I can to help you get the car ready if needed.

Andrew, I just sent an email to you. And unless the oil temp is insanely high, I doubt it will be a big deal at autocross. Each lap lasts 90 seconds...granted it seems like a lot more when you are behind the wheel...but in the end, it probably won't overheat your car unless something really heinous is wrong.
I am unaware of any events this weekend but maybe others know better.
