Axle Difference?

Hi,

I have a 75 911s and need to replace the drive axle.

It seems that pelican is offering two different types for that model year:

911-332-033-08-M60 for 74-Mid 75 and
923-332-033-02-M60 for Jan 75-84

According to the sticker is my car produced in Sept. 74, vin is 9115200xxx.

Does anyone know the difference and what axle to use?

If your car was built in Sept 74 then you're chasing 911-332-033-08-M60. I'm guessing it's the 4 bolt flange as opposed to the later 6 bolt flange.
