Igniton Coil problem
I have a 1987 911 Carerra. I will start with my first problem. The alarm system is malfuntioning and cutting the fuel to the engine. Ive searched everywhere and cannot find a replacement (Hella), what can be used as a subsitute or how can it be permanently and safely bypassed? Secondly, the ignition coil. I did all the test and they were ok but what i dont understand is everyone states that terminal 1 should be negative and terminal 15 should be positive but my terminal 1 is positive also, is this correct? and if it is correct, what makes the signal turn to negative? The manual states it should have a pulse voltage signal when terminal 1 is connected to ground but mine is constant with the ignition key turned on. (I have two ECM and all the relays have been changed along with the coil, rotor, cap ect.)Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
