911 blower -dead, please help

My 84 carrera fresh air blower just stopped working. The fuse is ok, there is 12volts leaving the fuse, the contacts behind the blower lever are all ok, the wires are all hooked up. Can anyone help, also where is the fresh air blower? Any help would be greatly appreciated......

I have yet to deal with the blower in the front. I suspect it's behind the black panel in the trunk near the windshield. It takes air from the narrow black screen at the top of the hood.

The heater blower behind the engine in my '83 is an interesting squirrel cage thing that is easy to take apart and the brushes for Hummer alternators fit. At least military ones. My heater motor is dying though because of a loose front bushing that looks difficult or impossible to repair.
