when did these prices go up.

I was just browsing in the performance parts section and was looking at the sachs power clutch kit. Currently priced at $953.00. I just so happen to have the Spring Summer 2005 catalog and the same kit is priced at $627. That over $300 increase in 1 year. What's up with that?

Are you looking at *my* catalog? I have it priced at $686.50, in stock with FREE shipping:

Dang it all, I was just trying to post the link for this misguided fellow.;)

Wayne, isn't it the middle of the night in CA.?

Should not be posting on this forum if you are looking at someone else catalog. That bad etiquette.

Isn't it good etiquette to post a competitor's absurd prices?

Super_Dave_D 09-07-2006 05:20 AM

and if it wasnt for this forum he wouldnt have known the competitors pricing was so out of line. Is that all bad? Dont get me wrong I give all my money to pelican but that doesnt stop me from looking at others pricing but indeed would not post about it. Dont you?

I was looking in the Performance tab on this site. and (my bad) comparing to an older Performance Parts catalog 2005 (summer).

what's the difference between the one advertised in the performance section of this site to the one in My Catalog link.
