Unable to upload pics...
 
What am I doing wrong. I wanted to post pics but am unable. keep receiving error message, pic is too large. I resized to 1.5mb from 4.2 and from 1.5mb to 600kb but still would not allow me to upload.

Besides the size, what is the format?
