Seat hight Sport S seat

I currently have the GTS Classic/BF Torino Rallye STS seats in my car with lower brackets as I was hitting my head against the sunroof (6ft4). While these seats are very comfortable and I am not hitting my head anymore there are some drawbacks: they are non tilting, so access to the back seat is very difficult, and they have big side bolster that are not comfortable getting in and out of the car. I already tried original S seats in this car and they left too little headroom. I am now considering the new GTS model, the Sport S seat and am wondering how they compare in height with either the S seat or the Rallye STS Seat. I have a further question regarding the position of the seatbelt mounts that came with the Rallye STS seat brackets. I feel that they are to much in a forward position with the seat all the way back (as in the pic, not my car btw). Would this be a dangerous configuration or is this acceptable?
