bae turbo on 78 911

i have a bae turbo on a 78 seals are going on the turbo get a cloud when go on the gas and oil pressure builds. and if sit a while oil pools in turbo housing. it's a old ray jay does anyone know of a newer turbo that would be a direct replacement. figure ray j is 25 years old tech so if i am going to have to pull might do to go newer may help git rid of some of the lag as well cause till 3500 nothing then hits like a sledge hammer

A nice T04E with .69 A/R and a 54 55 Trim will work very nice for you. Thats what I haveon my 81 engine
