What color is my interior?

Is there a way for me to get a color name for my interior? Is it beige? Tan? I want to die my seats using Leatherique back to original and maybe even order carpets.

I have an '84 as well. Definitely not linen, looks a lot like my grey-beige.

+1 for Gray Beige. It was a standard color for both vinyl and leather for `84 (Linen not available in `84).

Wow grey - Beige, I didn't know that was a color. I didn't see that option when I was looking at carpets and leather renewal products.

Dave you REALLY CAN'T know what color someone has with a picture over the internet because the lighting when you took the picture can skew the color and everyone's monitor will shade the same pic in different hues. Is there a more specific way to look it up? SUch as the vin number or somewhere else on the car? I have an '81 Targa and was wondering the same thing.

Got them from Jason Cullen who is a regular here. They are the original covers just "freshened up" a bit. In a world of expensive upgrades these were a bargain. Jason is a great guy to work with.

Interior trim options and colors are designated by codes (at least according to Mark Haab's Authenticity Series book), but I have no idea where one would find it, other than maybe somewhere in the original paperwork. Anyone?
