Oil Drainage Plug

OK,

This seems to be a more common situation than I had thought, which brings me to my next question.

Has anyone ever used the drain plug with the incorporated spring loaded valve to ease in this process. The manufacturer recommends it for use on the oil tanks only, not for the engine sump. Any thoughts or comments on this product would help.

Thanks!!!!

Marc,

I wouldn't bother - if you tighten up the drain plugs to a sensible torque you won't have any difficultly removing them (see my reply to your other message).
