Help needed in Santa Barbara -PPI needed
Hi All,
I am getting serious about an Audi A6 2.7 twinturbo but need to have it checked out. Can someone recommend a good mechanic in Santa Barbara that is familiar with Audis!! Many thanks in advance  -Luis

These guys are in Carpinteria just 10 min. south of SB but are a really good shop. Have done business with them. www.egac.com HP Autowerks are new in town but are said to have a good reputation. Have not business with these guys, only have heard thru others. 805-966-3200 www.hpautowerks.com Haiks German ******** - 805-965-0975 Can be a pain but knows his stuff. Did a PPI for freind recently and was very upfront and complete. Was a few $$$ though. Hope this helps

Luis,
made it to GAF yesterday (Sunday). I was parked in the area by the lit show since I was helping out the local PCA club as a timer for the judging. Wayne was able to catch my 71.  Hope you were able to get some help on the Audi issue. Let me know how things turn out.

Used the German Auto Care guys in Carpenteria. Great group and the car ended coming back in awesome shape. Well now that I own it I am starting to plan the Rs6 conversion (at least astetically). Here is a pic of what I bought. Thanks again.
