SC Sliders
My stock manual seat sliders are wearing out on the drivers side in my SC. Greasing and cleaning don't help much any more. Does anyone know of a vendor selling reproductions? I'm not too interested in used ones, that's what these have become. Thanks

I wonder the same thing. Are the sliders sold separately?

Rarly:
Until you do get new ones from the dealer (they are available), try switching the sliders with your passenger seats. They are interchangeable.......Andras |

Thanks Andras but I did that some time ago. I rarely have passengers but the first thing they do is move the seat. This left me no better off. I can't believe the aftermarket hasn't come through on this one. I'll keep looking and post what I find.

I recently bolted on a pair of Sparco sliders on my 86 911. I don't know if they would work for you, but I've seen the brackets for your car and it seems they would. They only cost about $45.00.
