Does Pelican have this?

http://www.***************/productpage.aspx?pid=103074&name=Handbrake+Boot

It goes all the way up to the top and has a hole in the top for the release button.

Yes, we can get that for you (in fact, we can get just about anything you see in the competitors' catalogs). Let me know the year and model of your car, and what color you want (black, brown, burgundy, or red) and I'll create a part number for that part so you can order it. The price will be the same as you see in automotion's catalog.

Scott, I need a black one. I have an 80sc targa.

I'm pretty sure this is the one I need. It's pictured on their site:

Standard Heater (Levers To The Right Of Handbrake)

Also, I want to make sure the leather covers up the plastic handle grip on the hand brake as well as the rest of it. In the MidAmerica catalog it looks like a one piece covers all kinda deal.

Can I just enter the number you give me in the online form somewhere? I already have a order going.

Tom,
Go ahead and enter this number
PEL-PP900620
into the search engine and you will be able to add it to your existing shopping cart.

Thank you for your business!

edit: changed part number to reflect exact model Tom needs (with levers to right of handbrake)

I placed the part in the shopping cart and chose a UK address and it gave me a shipping price of $11.55, using USPS Global Priority Mail.

Note that I will create part numbers for the other variations of this product (location of heater levers) and place them all in the online catalog.

Scott your actions to customers are very impressive . To create a new part number for a sale in less in an hour is just awsum. It would have taken 6 months to get this okayed then another "2 weeks" to order the part when I worked at PB Tweeks back in the day. I guess thats why they had to close the Long Beach location and eventually sell out. Keep up the good work.

Thanks!
After our next update (should be tonight), the four variations of this part will appear in the 911 section: Interior > Interior Trim > Shifter and Center Console Parts > Shifter & E-Brake Boots

That is a great catch Scott. Wayne, give this guy a raise. Of course if you do, don't raise the prices.

Just thought I would add this: I got a question via PM:

Tom...saw your post and ordered the leather boot and grip in one. I've got a few questions.

My current brake handle has a plastic grip near the button.
Do you remove the plastic on the handbrake, or does the new boot and grip just go over the old hard plastic handle?

I tried to remove it, but it's on pretty good.

Thanks for your help.

Sean
The leather boot comes with a bit of instructions. You must cut the plastic brake handle completely off. There is no way to save it. So once you decide to go to leather that's all she wrote. They do suggest gluing the leather brake handle on. I did not and it works fine, not loose at all. One note the hole where the heater levels come through the boot is just a cut in the leather. It is a bit unfinished looking. I'm planning on taking it to someone who sews leather and having it stitched just for that little extra. Also, I'm contemplating adding a bit of wire to the base to keep it firmly under the carpet. Don’t get me wrong this thing is a 100% improvement over that crappy rubber boot.
