I noticed something interesting. There is a luxo option for the Mitsubishi EVO which includes black leather Recaro Sportline seats with a nice perforated black leather insert. It's also the only way to get HIDs and some other stuff, so many people order it.
But, that seat isn't hard core enough for the EVO guys, so there are alwasy some sets for sale. Going rate seems to be about $1000 for a pair in mint condition plus shipping. New black leather Sportlines would cost well over twice that, and I don't know if perforated is even an option. One drawback is that they do not have the extendable thigh support. Anyway, if you want some cheap Recaros, look for EVO seats. ![]() |

Thanks RallyJon,
Great tip. Those would be perfect for most of the guys on this board, except if you are really going to track the car. |
