Gear vs Speed

Can someone tell me what top speeds can be achieved in each gear for a 5 speed 915 transmission and a 1976 2.7L engine working in top condition (without redlining). I have been driving the 911 for only a month (first manual transmission car I have driven in 20 years) and want to know what are the normal and max speeds that I should expect. I have been experimenting but have not gone flat out yet (been keeping it under 5000 rpm). Also, what is the 0-60 mph time for this car and what is the optimum shifting to achieve a best time.
