1972 steering rack replacement
My steering rack is shot and I would appreciate some advice on finding a used replacement.
1. Do the early SWB car racks fit the 72 2. Someone told me the 914 racks are the same as the 911. Is this true and could this be an option for me. 3. What should I look for to make sure the replacement rack is serviceable. 4. What vintage of rack would make the ideal replacement and how much should I be able to pick one up for. Lots of questions but I want to make sure I get it right the first time. Much appreciated Cheers Chris
