Hamann 996 to 997 body kit

We all agree that the 996 has a few styling cues. So far, RUF has really been able to help. This 997 look, however, is actually extremely visually appealing to me. (worried about being stoned by forum )

Please throw rocks softly!

Not bad. But those fake scoops at the rear of the rockers scream rice. In fact the whole rocker is over-the-top. Tone it down a bit.

Looks good to me. But the 996 kidney shaped lights may become a sought-after look due to the fact that it was a transitional shape.

I like the look.............but.

I have seen too many midyears, SCs, and Carreras on ebay "updated to that 60,000 to 100,000 dollar look"

People waste a crapload of money to do it, the build quality is questionable, and they lose money bigtime when and if it sells.

IMHO it is a lot like the Ferrari / Fiero kits of the 80s.......POSER.

Just my thoughts,
