Can I drive with the hoses off that connect to heat exchangers?

My drivers side heat exchanger hose from the fan was loose so I removed it. Thats not going to effect my cooling is it?

No. It will effect your heating tho.

You should block it though. You want all the 'spare air' blowing over the engine.
