Heat sensor 1984 911
I have been refurbishing a 1984 911 Targa which I bought last October. I recently went throught the whole heater - a/c system and among the things I did was to replace both heater control (flapper) boxes. The driver side box has a heat sensor in it - I can't figure out exactly what the sensor does. Someone said that it monitors the heat - but why - to what purpose? My car has the "automatic" heating system

There needs to be a UBB FAQ somewhere
